Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders. Credit card payments require the card holders ‘billing’ address (that credit card statement is mailed to) and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization purposes. It is our policy to notify you at the time of order placement if an item is out of stock. You may choose to have the item placed on back order in your name. If an item is placed on back order for more than 60 days from the original order date cancellation will be automatic. You may choose to substitute or cancel the item at any time. Back ordered items will be shipped via US First Class Priority Mail or Standard Ground Service at no additional charge to recipient.Recipients in APO/FPO and US Possession destinations will be charged postage fees for shipment. Back orders do not apply to our international shipments.
Insurance is included on all packages shipped within the U.S. Inspect your package! Do not accept packages showing signs of external damage. Refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Packages with concealed loss or damage should be reported within 24 hours of acceptance. Retain all shipping materials for proper inspection. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please call toll free 888-777-9789 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To qualify for refund or exchange, items must be returned in resalable condition. All returns must be insured and postage pre-paid. Be sure your name and address are clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of the original invoice and reason for return. Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. Please note that computer software, books, videos, and certain made-to-order items will not be accepted for return.
