Blackfin rods and blanks are manufactured and assembled exclusively in Stuart, Florida, using the finest components and materials available and the most sophisticated modern equipment, while still maintaining old world quality production standards. Their goal is to provide high quality rods that get the job done! All Blackfin rods are designed to be used with monofilament line or any of the new super braids. These rods are all fast or extra fast taper, and are built with Blackfin blanks, Fuji anti-twist tips, Fuji aluminum oxide quieds and graphite reel seats, Stuart Tuff-Butts and aluminum gimbles.
